Boring Euros! Arsenal ready to sign Alaba, Kante & Laporte in a big summer spend?

Morning all.

Having watched a great game of rugby in the morning between Australia and England where another English victory meant the Aussies were beaten 3-0 in the series on their own turf, (sorry Scott) the football later in the day was quite disappointing.

The Swiss being knocked out of the Euros by Poland was good for Arsenal as Granit Xhaka will now get a break but his penalty miss will haunt him for a while yet. Let’s hope he’s not given that responsibility at Arsenal…. lol The best part of that match was the Swiss equaliser scored by Stoke City’s Shaqiri, it was stunning and by far the best the tournament has seen so far imo. Fabianski made a few cracking saves to keep his side in the tie to take the match to penalties and boy do the Poles know how to take a spot-kick.

The two matches later in the day were boring to say the least with both Wales and Portugal progressing in rather fortunate fashion but I doubt either country cares this morning. They are through to the last eight and that’s all what matters.

Today it’s France v Republic of Ireland, Hungary v Belgium and finally, Germany v Slovakia.

Back in the world of Arsenal, not a lot is going on, in fact nothing and all the time players are involved in the Euros, I doubt much will. That is of course if Arsene Wenger is eyeing up any players still involved. There’s been a lot of speculation surrounding Ricardo Rodríguez who now will be heading off on holiday somewhere after last nights defeat but if Arsenal really do want him, they’ll need to be quick because according to reports, his release clause in his current contract expires on the 1st July.

Wolfsburg sporting director Klaus Allofs has reportedly said that right now he can move for £19 million but after the 1st July, his price will increase. If Arsene Wenger is being honest about signing only two more players maximum, I wouldn’t have thought a left-back would be his priority unless Kieran Gibbs is on the move. Rodríguez is pretty good with his free-kicks…

I think we need a central defender and striker before signing a left-back though and that’s regardless of who stays and goes and then players who push for a move away, replace with either new players bought in or Academy players who are ready to make the step up. Talking of which, Chuba Akpom has kept Arsenal fans up to date on his summer goings on on Twitter having posted a video of himself working hard in the gym and a message saying:

Preparing for the season ahead, can’t wait to be back in action, hungrier than ever.

I’d be surprised if he’s the backup or plan b for Arsene Wenger after missing out on Jamie Vardy and if this mornings transfer gossip holds any truth, which I doubt, Alexandre Lacazette could be the man, although I believe there’s history between the Lyon manager and Arsene Wenger so dealing with the French club won’t be easy. The Mirror though suggest talks between the players representatives and Arsenal are planned to take place this week. By then of course, West Ham or Atletico Madrid may have acted quicker. Lacazette is not featuring for France at the Euros so come on Arsene, if you want him, get a wriggle on and go get him.

The Islam Slimani stories won’t go away today, neither will the Alexis to Juventus ones…

But the best, which we all know is absolute poppycock, is in The Star who write:

  • Arsene Wenger is ready to break his transfer record to ensure he doesn’t get caught in the slipstream of Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola’s expected blitz. He is targeting five players – Marco Reus, David Alaba, N’golo Kante, Aymeric Laporte and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – in a £250m splash.

On that happy note, have a great Sunday guys…..

Morning rico and all great post again. How you find time to write a brand new post every day of the week is beyond me.

  2. goonster says:

I don’t think we ll be getting a left back rico. Two more players and we are done. Gibbo won’t be going anywhere he ll stay and fight for his place. A striker and a tricky winger and that’s our summer done but with the pound struggling against the euro, don’t hold your breath. It might just be xhaka the Nigerian kid and Yaya sanogo. Lol

  3. goonster says:

I heard he’s been handed the number 25 shirt. Which means he’s going straight to the first team. Lol we re FUCKed again. ?

  4. goonster says:

I hope so rico. I seriously hope we do. It’s not looking good though. Just heard shitty are closing in on nolito. Not really keen on him but atleast he’s an extra body when aguero goes missing he can take over and do a job. Whom do we have??? Please don’t say theo…he’s a winger.

  5. goonster says:

I really can’t wait to see the back of wenger. We are a super club acting like Brentford town FC. we are the fucking arsenal. How do we get spurned by a tobacco chewing uncouth son of a whore?? Like someone said last week. Would vardy have rejected pep maureen or ferguscnut??? No way.

  6. rico says:

The TW hasn’t officially opened yet and with players at the Copa/Euros, nothing is going to happen until both are over imo.

  7. goonster says:

I just hope to God they don’t renew his contract. I can’t take 3 more years of him. One year is enough.

  8. goonster says:

Anyway atleast one arsenal player ll have a well deserved rest. We really need him to bring his A game when the season begins. We ll need xhaka fit and raring to go. Still don’t know how wenger intends to set up but am willing to wait and see.

  9. Le Coq Monster says:

    Morning all.

If Wenger buys Alaba, PEA, Kante and Mkhitaryan, then he can have a new 3 year deal !…………..anything less and he needs to be Lagerboarded !………….or tortured by some Apaches on Stans ranch !……….where do you think Stan gets his syrups from ?……..scalpings !

  10. goonster says:

Lol LC no way even if he signs messi Ronaldo and Maradona I still want him gone. We ll be outclassed this season LC. Have you seen how conte sets up his team? Have you been watching the euros??? Add pep maureen poch and klopp to the equation and see where we ll end up. Lol

  11. Le Coq Monster says:

I just read on newsnow that the Hubble telescope has discovered a dark vortex on Neptune , I think it`s more likeley that the telescope got misalligned and had a view of Wengers deep dark trousers pocket !.

  12. goonster says:

We don’t know for sure rico. He might end up staying with dortmund. It’s just agent talk. I hope he stays or comes to us. Mkhitaryan is a beast. God help us if maureen gets him playing like he did last year.

  13. Le Coq Monster says:

It`s all rumours guys and girl !, but if the rumour of Alexis going to Juventus was true then I`d become a celibate monk and my only sports participation would be Hungry Hippo !.

  14. goonster says:

LC if juve drops 50 million on Sanchez I ll snap their fingers off. Then spend 25 on lille’s soufiane boufal. Alexis is operated Imo. He gives the ball away runs around a lot and gets in everybody’s way. Plus his first touch should be a criminal offense. Lol. Sell him if they are willing to pay 45 for him.

  15. RayGooner says:

Wenger will buy 3 players, Xhaka (done), Laporte & Lukaku, no more! Only if we lose any current players from our squad, he will buy to replace them, but only then. So don’t hold your breath on more than 3 new players…

  16. Le Coq Monster says:

Who or what the fcuks Soufiane Boufal ?………………………..sounds like some poncey french cuisine ! 😆

  17. Le Coq Monster says:

    Nice vid Goonie !…………….reminds me of……….me !……….at Thursday night 6-a-side ! 😀

  18. goonster says:

LC that’s a player that ll blow up in a bigger team. He’s ridiculously talented. In a set up like arsenal he could be our very own “hazard “. The guy is unbelievable skillful, pacy and scores goals for fun. Plus his off the ball movement is world class. He ll bring all what alexis brings and more but we won’t sign him. He ll go somewhere else and in a year’s time wenger ll be like “I almost signed him” in that thick annoying gaelic accent.

  19. goonster says:

Lol LC like rico ll say…each to his own. He’s a good player don’t get me wrong but for 50 million quid??? Sheesh I ll sell him. Watch him closely how he always seem to encroach into ozil Ramsey and even OG’s space. If hes so keen to join juve I won’t lose sleep. He’s not all that.

  20. Le Coq Monster says:

Hahaha true Goonie ! ………….”I voz vatching him for years, ven he voz at ze kindergarten !”

  21. Le Coq Monster says:

Hows the rumours ?……………anyone else interested in this Boufal geezer ?………….I do like the look of him and surely Wenger knows of him !.

  22. goonster says:

Oh please LC alsace Lorraine has been a French district for almost 80 years now. So hey they are French. Says a lot about them when they named a stadium after wenger. God in heaven.

  23. goonster says:

I heard klopp is looking at him and some teams in Italy. We won’t sign him or anyone notable LC so don’t get your hopes up. I ll rather Chris willock than no one but knowing him he ll rather play Ramsey on the wings than a natural winger. That guy is so flawed. God help me.

  24. Le Coq Monster says:

Just googled him and it says Southhampton are after him and wiki says he plays for Mansour City !!! hahaha

  25. goonster says:

Am a dortmund fan for almost 23 years now. I watch all their games and yes mkhitaryan is up there with the best play makers. You don’t score 15 goals and 20 assists if you are shit. The problem he might encounter at arsenal is ozil plays in his favorite position. Out wide he’s not that effective but through the middle he’s a beast. Plus unlike mesut he actually gets goals on a regular basis. If maureen gets him and plays him behind rooney or martial then God help us all. I hope he bombs with them though.

  26. goonster says:

If he joins I ll be jumping off a ten storey building but at this stage I doubt he is coming. The lure of cash and trophies ll be too much for him. If maureen really wants him, he ll get him. Just hope it’s all agent talk adam.

  27. goonster says:

It’s not for you to want rico . lol but knowing you 2 months into the season you ll be tearing your hair out wondering why we let him join manure.lol

  28. goonster says:

I just want a tricky winger. When the going gets tough for ozil we need someone else to take the creative burden off his shoulder. Wish Santi was 25/26 it ll make it easier for us to break teams down. Shackle ozil and arsenal is done for. We ll be sorry next season if we go into it with ozil as our chief creator. A soufiane boufal Henrik mkhitaryan or heck even riyad mahrez ll give other teams something to worry about.

  29. goonster says:

See how the German national team struggles with creating chances??? Does that remind us of any team? They lack a recognized winger who can beat his man and put in a good cross. Draxler is not a winger. Goezte has lost a lot since his move to bayern. The only player that comes to mind is Marco reus and he’s perpetually injured. Hence why ozil tend to get the brunt of the criticism. Learn arsene for fucks sake. God in heaven.

  30. goonster says:

Rico I love to moan maam my life’s boring. Arsenal is all I have left. So yes I moan when things don’t work out right. Lol

  31. goonster says:

Rico I tried but it just got worse. With wenger signing a new contract am afraid the moaning is only going to intensify. Lol

  32. goonster says:

Anyway who do you fancy in today’s game?? France vs rep of Ireland??? Am going with the Irish again. I have a feeling they ll shock the French.

  33. goonster says:

The French players ll be in so much pressure and they ll fold like a pack of cards. The longer the game goes on the more likely the Irish ll pull off a shock plus according to the laws of karma it’s time the French pay for “Thierry handry” saga. If it goes to penalties the Irish wins it rico.

  34. Wavy says:

Your right Adam, like Israel and West Bank to name but two!
Anybody watch Adele last night? Lord luv us dahlin’s is she common or what? Must be from Totnum! But she can knock out a number, albeit they all sound the same and they are all completely without hope! She really does need to cheer up, because the lyrics of her songs make me feel suicidal so god knows what’s going on inside her head?

Afternoon all. Read the EU directive on ‘How to cut your lawn and recycle the waste’ before the rains arrive. Must say the instructions I found were jolly useful. I wonder if our new government will be so proactive in the future? Don’t suppose we’ll be able to afford such frippery!
    Sunny here, just now.

  35. Wavy says:

Strictly speaking no. They have been stolen from the European language of appeasement!
I think if we can leave the eu then the least that should happen elsewhere is that each euro country should ‘give something back’ West Bank would be a start and perhaps give Alsace back to the Germans! Etc etc, you get the idea.

  36. allezkev says:

    Afternoon All again…

Next time anyone on here fancies going for a bit of a nosh, be aware that nosh is a Yiddish word…

  37. rico says:

I wonder if someone has got a message to the ref about awarding the penalty. He’s given Ireland very little since then..

  38. goonster says:

No its not. Yiddish has been around for millenia. My great aunt told me a few stories about sobibor. She met so many Jewish girls like her in the camp and mostly from the old Soviet Union. They spoke comprehensive Yiddish albeit with a different accent. So sorry Adam Yiddish is not German.

  39. allezkev says:

Next time you wanna slag off Mourinho, schmuck, schmo and schlong are all suitably descriptive of that cnut and all are Yiddish….

    Happy Yontef Adam ?

  40. goonster says:

This is the worst euro in terms of level of footie. It’s so poor. When the stand out player in the whole competition is payet then you know something is up. It’s actually worse than AFCON now.

  41. allezkev says:

My Dad and my Maternal Grandfather, both cockneys, liberally sprinkled Yiddisher words into their everyday language…

Back in the day, before PC, that was very normal…

  42. goonster says:

Pogba is even leggier than sanogo????? the bugger is probably tired from a long campaign in Italy. He’s better than what we re witnessing at the euro but hugely overrated.

  43. goonster says:

Adam Yiddish is a language derived from Slavic germanic and other European languages sprinkled with a Hebrew. It’s not really an offshoot of the German language. People have been speaking Yiddish all over the world even before the there was a recognized German state. Gee Adam this is my maternal heritage and I think I ll know a few things about it..lol

  44. goonster says:

It’s just like saying Welsh is derived from English or Irish from English. I know MG and micko ll have a few words to say about that. Lol

  45. Wavy says:

Kev, we did too, not lots of words but a few. Tukus(sp) was the most popular at primary school. If we shouted ‘arse, or ‘bum’ within the teachers’ hearing we got a crack, but tuk or tukus was acceptable, don’t know why…..? Kosher was another well used word, mostly meaning ‘is it real’ and so….happy days.

Irish are doing well against the original members of the EU. Let’s hope our lot do as well against the Icelanders.

  46. Hell Raising Devil says:

For those who labeled Pobga as the next PV04 in the blogosphere let me remind them that PV never went to deck simply for being touched.

Pogba is just a cissy little girl.

    Good afternoon Lovelies and Hunkies.

Boss….Alaba, Kante and Laporte all in one go??? no need to give AW cornflakes on which to choke and splutter. Even hearing them in the same sentence will have him do that.

Alaba I would like though. Kante as well. While Laporte would be the icing.

Get all three and we will walk the premiership unbeaten.

  47. allezkev says:

Wavy it was a language crossover, derived from the early Jewish immigrants who mixed with Eastenders in the Whitechapel area, not far from where I grew up in Stoke Newington and Stamford Hill, as I’m sure you know, there was a large Jewish community, there still is a sizeable Orthodox community in those areas…

My Dad used to do a lot of building/decorating work in and around their homes in the late 50’s and early 60’s…

  48. Le Coq Monster says:

The 2nd half needs to get a bit naughty !……………….a few more yellows and some reds and England will have an easy quarter final ! 😀

  49. Le Coq Monster says:

My dad had lots of Jewish friends from the “rag” trade and some of my first speaking words were schmo and tukas ! One of them used to give me a crown coin if I called my Dad a cnut !…………..my dad used to think it funny so allowed it ! 😀

  50. Hell Raising Devil says:

Compare Pogba we see now and the Pogba we used to see when he had Vidal beside him.

Is it Pogba who was the brains and brawn??? Or Vidal???

You are all intelligent to reason that out

  51. Adam says:

Some players have that quality about them Rico. Things happen when they are on the pitch. Ozil suffers in a similar way. Big price tags bring high expectations that are not always met.

  52. rico says:

There’s a difference between who we can afford and how much AW will spend Goonie and don’t forget, that was two years ago. The club are in an even better place financially now…

  53. rico says:

I get that Adam, I really do. Clubs don’t realise how their huge valuations put so much pressure on the players…

My thought is a capped transfer fee would benefit all, especially the players..

  54. goonster says:

I ll believe it when I see it rico. Besides when I say he’s out of our league I meant class wise. He’s a high profile player. Probably top 10 in the world. We got ozil and Sanchez because both madrid and Barca were looking to sell. No chance we can get a player of griezmann’s calibre. We couldn’t even lure vardy to join us. Lol

  55. rico says:

You just don’t get it Goonie… Offer the right money and most players will move, there’s little loyalty in the game. As for the Vardy stuff, so what, it’s his choice and I suspect he never even thought about leaving the club which gave him a career. After all, we even offered him £20k more than Leicester apparently….

If Wenger really wanted Pogba, I’m sure he’d get him….

  56. goonster says:

Rico no he won’t lol. Everyone and their dogs know they won’t win shit with wenger in charge. Hence the reason they don’t bother coming. Why else ll Sanchez be flirting with juve??? ????players want money but also want to win the big trophies and as for vardy we offered more and he still refused. ?????

  57. rico says:

We’ll have to agree to differ then Goonie. I still maintain the club could sign anyone within reason IF they stumped up the right money.

Sanchez flirting with Juve?? I doubt very much he is as he’ll be too busy playing football…

  58. goonster says:

I love Shane long. He’s a battler. Wish we had someone like him to come on when we are struggling to get a goal.

  59. goonster says:

Lol Rico we are not a big club anymore. The earlier we admit it the better. With the scums liverpool and the chavs building brand new stadia we ll be further left behind…oops I forgot to add west ham too. We are going to become liverpool at this rate.

  60. rico says:

Sometimes Goonie, I wonder why you support Arsenal. Seldom do you have one positive thing to say about them! Boring really…

  61. goonster says:

Gee rico it’s the truth. Am just stating the obvious maam. Look how low we ve sunk in the past 5 years. Alright then if it makes you feel any better I ll stop saying the truth.

  62. rico says:

It’s not the truth, it’s your opinion Goonie. Yes, there’s things that are wrong but the club is still a big club, it always will be…

  63. goonster says:

Alright maam. I ll be positive henceforth. As positive as Elmer Fudd. I ll see rainbows and unicorns under water. Lol

  64. Malaga gooner says:

We run out of steam Rico

    The fans have been brilliant

I’m of to drown my sorrows

    Take care all

  65. goonster says:

Am just messing with you rico. Alright I ll tone it down a little bit. Won’t say another negative things in a month. I give you my word. Scouts honor.

  66. rico says:

Yes Mg, all too much in the end, great shame…. Have one for me…

I do wish you would tone it down a bit Goonie, especially all the ‘jizzing’ kind of stuff, it’s horrid…

  67. goonster says:

??????? I haven’t said that in years until I did yesterday. Gee rico now you re just “witch hunting ” me. Lol

  68. goonster says:

You forget I have a daughter now. I haven’t been that guy for a while. I only did when ts prompted me . lol.

  69. Wavy says:

Kev, I think our language was littered with Yiddishisms largely because many of the folk in or from the East End moved out to the leafy suburbs of Walthamstow and Chingford etc and brought their own words with them. We little schoolboys, eager for new and mysterious words adopted them willingly and used them readily! All good sport!

  70. Le Coq Monster says:

I find the rumour about Lacazette funny !……………..£45M !!!………….and he`s not even in the France squad as he`s kept out by the likes of Giroud !, so how much is Giroud worth ?……………………not to wind Goonie up, but Alexis for just over £30M was a bargain !. 😀

  71. rico says:

That much? I didn’t realise Lacazette was valued that high.

I too thought Alexis was a steal for £30 odd million…

  72. Le Coq Monster says:

It`s on Arsenal newsnow Rico !…………………..one says that West ham had a bid of £42M turned down !…………..crazy !…………..the only place that TV deal money is going is on higher player prices and wages !.

  73. Le Coq Monster says:

It wouldn`t have bothered me if we had paid £50M for Alexis as I have wanted him since he was at Udinese !…………………..that comment will probably send Goonie into therapy !. 😆

  74. Le Coq Monster says:

Hiya Goonie !………………….to say we dont need Ozil and Alexis either means you are somekind of forward thinking genius or that you are not a real life blogger but some crazed escaped schizo who wears a Klopp glove puppet whilst typing !. 😆 😆 😆

  75. goonster says:

Why not let kroos take it??? Why mesut?? Now through vultures ll be out to get him. Bad move ozster you re not helping yourself putting yourself in the line of fire.

  76. Le Coq Monster says:

OK !………………so penalty practice has started early at AFC !………………Xhaka and Ozil are banned !

  77. goonster says:

My cousin is killing me on Twitter now LC. Saying all our players are bottlers lol. First xhaka now ozil. Not good man.

  78. goonster says:

Germany looking good. Their best game of the tournament. Team peaking at the right time. Come on Deutschland.

  79. rico says:

Funny enough Goonie, my brother has just messaged me about the Ozil miss… He too likes to tease when Arsenal things go wrong…

  80. goonster says:

Not a good idea having mesut take penalties maam. He never seem to score them. Plus he ll only heap more coals on himself if Germany Contrive to lose this match. He’s not universally loved so he should do his best to stay out of the limelight.

  81. goonster says:

You re right maam muller kroos or even khedira. Oh well hopefully it won’t come back to haunt them or he ll be hung out to dry. The media, fans and pundits ll crucify him.

  82. Le Coq Monster says:

Someone answer me this ………………………………a couple of years ago we were strongly rumoured to be after Draxler and I watched him and thought yes he will do nicely…………….then he`s transfered to Wolfsburg !!!………..wtf !…………..Wolfsburg a bigger clunb than the Arse` ?………………another one to the growing list of Wenger fcuk ups !.

  83. Le Coq Monster says:

We need to compile a list of players who we should buy who are not of the name of Ronaldo, Messi, Bale, Neymar, Suarez !…………………….believe me Arsene there`s plenty !…………..only today my Dutch spy Goonie van Driver gave me a new one…………………Boufal !………………….we have loads of dosh piling up and you look at a council estate druggy drop out like Vardy when there`s proper talent to be bought !

    PS
No disrespect or offense was intended to any council hose drop outs or druggies who blog on HH !.

  84. Le Coq Monster says:

Hahaha……….Unseal the mouth Goonie !……one of the other HHers can deal with Rico !…………..although not me as she is a woman and they scare me !. hahaha

  85. goonster says:

Hopefully rico I pray it is. He’d exactly what we need up front. Can take off the creativity when ozil is being shackled. I hope you re right. I ll be extremely overjoyed.

  86. goonster says:

LC soufiane boufal and Draxler ?? Oh my that’s my summer done. If we get an additional CB just to please Adam and rico I won’t mind but as for me those 2 ll do.

  87. goonster says:

LC that’s what I ve been saying for a while now. There are tons of players out there who ll improve us. Bayern dortmund atleti and Sevilla always seem to unearth these gems while we keep playing square pegs in round holes. Before griezmann auba Kante Lewa all became household names why didn’t we get them?? What have our scouts been doing??? It beggars belief.

  88. goonster says:

In 8 seasons atleti has had some of the best cf playing for them. Are they a bigger club than us??? I don’t think so. Look at the list. Torres aguero mandzukic griezmann et al. Am sure there’s more. I can’t just remember them now. I ll do my research and get back to you.

  89. Le Coq Monster says:

So your telling me Arsene that you cant buy one of ………….Draxler, Mkhityran, PEA, Dybala, Bouyfal etc` etc`……………….you are going to drown with asphyxiation from the shit that hits the fan if we dont buy anyone else of high quality !

  90. Le Coq Monster says:

I get what you`re saying Goonie and is only what I have been thinking for years !…… a lot of them players are one`s I wanted before they were with present clubs and I`m no scout, so it does begger what are our scouts doing ?………………….make fans the scouts as they know what we want and need !.

  91. goonster says:

What grinds my gears is that we almost have a free ride to these players. Like griezmann. We could have asked for him when Sociedad wanted to keep vela completely. A few million quid and he ll be an arsenal player now but noooo we asked for more money from Sociedad instead.

  92. goonster says:

Draxler again rico. Oh my I feel tears streaming down my cheeks. That’s an arsenal player. He’s tailored made for us. Oh what I ll give for a different….sorry rico.

  93. Le Coq Monster says:

Draxlers fee going up by the minute !………………..quick Arsene bid now before the 90th !

  94. Le Coq Monster says:

He`s got what most top sportsman have !……………….the ability to make it all look simple and look like they have time on their hands !.

  95. goonster says:

He does LC he does. We could make him our new Robin van persie. He’s got the skills to be even better.

  96. goonster says:

You see why it’s so hard not to moan?? It’s so infuriating. It’s not rocket science. Just a few tweaks here and there and we re back to where we belong. It’s a shame really. My heart bleeds. Wish cassie was still here. Won’t invest all my emotions watching arsenal. ?

  97. allezkev says:

Germany looked very good, dare I say very Germanic…

Watching Belgium and they seem to have come to the party, very good, the best team in the Spanish Nederlands…

    Night Rico…

  98. Silky says:

Howdy y’all great read! Soz bout the hour of my remark! Am out celebrating the achievement of the ROI so glad it wasn’t a total letdown like 2012 huge thanks to all of our former EU cousins across the stream for your support jus bout roll up on Nancy Blakes in the Limerick city peace to all

  99. obi says:

Oh boy…Sanchez in knee brace after the Copa Final…injured in the first half but kept playing limping noticeably. …

  100. obi says:

They won thou on penalties Vidal missed, then Messi, then Biglia and Silva brought it home for Chile.

  101. Hell Raising Devil says:

    Good Morning Lovelies and Hunkies

Sanchez is back. Xhaka is back as well. Cech is back. Good. That means they get a well earned rest now before the season begins.

Ollie, Ozil, Kos, Jack, Aaron are still in it though. Let’s hope they come back ASAP. And all in one piece.

Dortmund and Manure have agreed a fee between them (26.3M) for Mkhitaryan. Ibrahimovic to have a medical at Manure next week.

Martial, Ibrahuimovic, Mkhitaryan, Rashford….that is one hell of an attack. Meanwhile AW continues to fumble his zip while Kroenke chants twiddle dee twiddle dum.

  103. Hell Raising Devil says:

Seems that the MPs have put their heads together and came up with a plan to remain in Europe. They are going to set up a football club with the sole aim that in around 7 years time they will compete in the EPL. Their aim is to finish their first season with a 4TH PLACE TROPHY to ensure they participate in Europe once more. 😛

    Morning all.

Love it !……………..Alexis player of the tournament………better than Messi ! 😀

I`m beginning to think our purchasses for quality players is done and dusted with the early purchase of Xhaka and Vardy`s shadow !
Wenger is too busy being an anal….yst on the Euro`s……………..cant be bothered doing what he`s paid millions for and looking to strengthen our team !
    Mikki to Manshafter ! 🙁

No chance Devil, he loves football too much…

I’m not overly fussed about AW being at the Euros, after all, it is in France. If he has any signings in mind, surely he’d leave the deals to be done by the Arsenal negotiating team and then only get involved if needed? It’s not like he’s far away…

    Morning All

    Morning Rico

Hopefully when the window opens on July 1st we’ll see some movement in the transfer market and Wenger/Gazides/Fox might get a transfer or two across the line…

All the rumours are rubbish anyway…

Hopefully AW will get a centre-back in, move on Debuchy, Flamini and Rosicky and finally get a striker…
