Spare A Thought…….

Morning all…

So the big day is finally here and Father Christmas has been and gone for another year…..

Sadly, so has our challenge for the Premier League title….

But for me, today isn’t about football or ranting about the disarray Arsenal FC are in, it’s about the celebration of the birth of Jesus and being with friends, family and loved ones who together celebrate this wonderful occasion….

But as we sit, laugh, open our presents and enjoy the occasion, let’s just spare a thought for those who are not feeling as joyous as us. The families of the children killed in Pakistan and the men who were brutally murdered by the Isis terrorists. Those who lost loved ones in that horrific and freak accident in Scotland and in Australia, many people have been left heartbroken after some nutter was allowed to roam free….

Then of course, there are people closer to us who have suffered loss at this time of year through illness and evil diseases and for them it can be a hard and sad time…….

As for Arsenal, perhaps Stan Kroenke will soon sell his shares and we’ll have an owner who truly cares about the club we all love, the way we play, the results and of course, us fans.

Perhaps only then, we’ll have a manager who feels the same….

    There will always be less fortunate than us, would like to think most of us on here would throw a yiddo a sprout if he was looking in the window while we were tucking into our Christmas dinner.

    Keep up the good work rico, remember there’s always room for improvement, where’s wath btw, has he gone underground ?

    Wath has no internet and it’ll be a while before its sorted out…. but he wishes everyone a fab Christmas.

    If we can’t stop the silly errors at the back, I honestly can’t see us getting CL football. Also, we’d need Southampton, Utd and West Ham to go on a dreadful run… 🙁
