Bore draw! Pedro for £7M. Walcott or Oxlade-Chamberlain for Cech….

Morning all.

Sunderland needed just one point for Premier League survival and that’s exactly what they played for and got. They were always going to throw any part of their bodies in front of a shot or cross as they were desperate. And so typically, their goalkeeper had a night to remember for all the right reasons.

Despite of all that, we had chances, many of them but either the first touch was heavy or the shot was dire or as said before, their keeper made a save.

Hector Bellerin was having the time of his life out on the right firing in many crosses but no-one could get on the end of them to make them count. Wilshere, Cazorla and Ozil tried but either fired high and wide or Pantilimon got in the way.

The first half was almost a carbon copy of the the Swansea game, too many in the middle around the box, not enough width and far too many touches and wasted passing. Possession is great but it’s goals what count.

The second half was more of the same although David Ospina had a few things to do unlike in the first 45 minutes. He denied Fletcher with a fine one-handed save and then Van Aanholt.

That seemed to wake us up a bit with Bellerin firing in yet another cross which Ollie tried, but couldn’t score from. Gibbs was the next player to get on the end of a Bellerin cross but his header was again saved by Pantilimon.

After Alexis had a shot blocked inside the area, Sunderlands Fletcher was clean through on goal but Ospina stood tall and got a hand to attempted lob and shoved the ball out for a corner. Fletcher had a further chance but his shooting boots clearly came from the same supplier as ours!

Walcott came on and I thought he looked pretty good, heck, he was even running at and going by defenders and he was unlucky to see a shot cleared off the line.

Billy Jones tried his best to give us the lead but even that wouldn’t go in as the bar got in the way and just before the end, Tomas Rosicky, who finally got some minutes on the pitch curled one wide….

And that was that…..

Another game which really we should have won with ease, another game where we just passed the ball to death without any real purpose and all the time that’s the way we play, we’ll never beat a side which comes to the Emirates with the intention not to lose. Next season will be the same at home, clubs will know that we can’t find a way through and they’ll play the same way and to be fair, why shouldn’t they? It’s not their job to open up for us to tear them apart, its our clubs job to find a way of opening them up and to do that, we need goals, early ones because then other clubs have no choice to go for one of their own and that’ll play right into our hands.

Creating chances doesn’t seem to be a problem, although we’d create a whole lot more if the team was more balanced but as much as Arsenal need a central midfielder and goalkeeper this summer, Arsene Wenger really needs to sign a striker too, one who may just have scored from one of those 28 shots we had last night!

That point last night doesn’t quite secure 3rd spot as Utd could batter Hull City at the weekend and beat us to it so instead of being able to rest a few ahead of the FA Cup Final, Arsene Wenger has a big decision to make ahead of the final league game of the season against WBA at The Emirates as we need to get something from that game now.

Mind you, if that means Walcott and Rosicky start then all’s not so bad as last night they gave us something different. Maybe Debuchy and Gabriel will get a run out too…

Fingers crossed that whoever plays in that last game in the league gives themselves, the club and it’s fans something to cheer about…….

Transfer Gossip:

Chelsea apparently want either Theo Walcott or Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in exchange for Petr Cech and Barca star Pedro is available for just £7 million and we are one of the clubs interested in signing him. Liverpool is the other.

Have a good Thursday guys…

  1. Ade Hendon says:

Theo Walcott or Ox… Having a laugh. Mou is looking for his perfect counter-attacking weapon for when he packs the bus against us or other big teams – hell no! Apparently Cuadruado doesnt look like he has the stamina to cut it in EPL.
Ox is a future Arsenal Legend. Except of course Theo would not sign a new contract, in which case we’ll lose him to who ever is ready to pay good money. Hence, we might as well have Cech + £12m.

  2. Hell Raising Devil says:

    Good Morning Lovelies and Hunkies.

Good match report Rico. not that there was much to write about. but you were right. Bellering had a field day delivering crosses……but there is a drawback to that since it meant he stayed outside to deliver crosses. maybe if someone else had kept the width Hector might have cut in to shoot. hang on……didn’t we try all the time to cut in and shoot???

So there goes the chance of 2nd place.

Hopefully we will not loose against WBA. Pulis might have different ideas though.

Anyone says anything against Ospina now??? yesterday he saved our bacon more than once.

  3. ace says:

I bet Arsene does not have the right type of influence Sir/Mourinho has on their teams in the dressing room.We need a no nonsense manager to motivate the boys.

  4. rico says:

Thanks Devil, what amazed me was that there was no-one else out on the right with Bellerin for most of the game. I think that role was given to Jack but just like Ramsey has done in weeks gone by, he too went central.

But that’s the problem when AW shoves players out wide when it’s not natural to their game…

    Ospina did ok…. 😉

  5. kel says:

Good post rico… last night’s game was a game we have all seen before, tippy tappy no width can’t finish, 28 chances yet Sunderland had the best chance to win it.

No doubt villa will be planning the same tactics as Sunderland difference being they have benteke to finish the chances.

Imo Ozil, Cazorla, Ramsey, Kos… must be rested no matter what against WBA they’re shattered.

  6. Hell Raising Devil says:

I still do not get it…….Ospina saves us and is a good keeper, but it seems that everyone wants to replace him. Yes I know he lacks a bit in height but he more than makes up for it with his positional sense and keeping it simple without doing anything rash.

  7. rico says:

Thanks Kel – you are right abut Sunderland having the best chances…

Alexis looks shattered too, how many games has he played this season….

  8. rico says:

Devil, it’s Szczesny who will be hopefully be replaced, then let Cech/whoever fight it out with Ospina for number one..

  9. Hell Raising Devil says:

As one who plays with formations I never entertain the idea of parking the bus. Simply because of one reason. what happens if in the first minute the opposition scores a fluke goal? or get a goal with around 80mins left?? all the plan goes tits up. yes teams will park the bus and its up to us to break them down but at the end of the day did sunderland play?? no they did not. we brushed the post twice….so they were not shots aimed at the keeper.

sometimes they go in sometimes they do not. I still refuse to blame the players for not scoring although width should have been kept all the time. the players had 28 attempts at goal. we must remember that the other team is there as well.

  10. rico says:

It’s a risky tactic to park a bus but all too often against us, it’s one that works.

AW and the players need to find a way past it and as has been said before by others, we may have had 28 shots on goal, but Sunderland had the more clear cut chances..

  11. kel says:

you’re righ dev Sunderland did not play but yet the best chance fell to them, I just hope that these chances we keep making start going inn.

We hit the post twice I think girouds was a cross that hit the bar more of a fluke tbh and the other was a deflection of one of there defenders.

  12. rogerbij says:

The last 3 games have yielded 1 goal… an owned goal. We need that top stiker to have a better chance of converting. But just as much, we need some our midfielders to develop a shot. Ramsey has the right idea. But Ozil, Rosicky, Cazorla, Wilshere all need to learn to hit a decent shot on target. Im not asking much, 3 more goals each per season is all. Because that can make all the difference in games like last night. *sigh*
Thanks for the post Rico, and I wish we were sitting here with 3rd place guaranteed and all our focus on the FA cup.

  13. Adam says:

If you are a park-the-bus team then you will find little unexpected when you visit the Emirates. We are incredibly predictable and those ‘special’ players who should make the difference in these games simply aren’t doing so. Whether this is tiredness or a lack of motivation, who knows?
As ever, at this time of the season, there are big questions looming.

  14. Hell Raising Devil says:

That is to be expected Rico and Kel. The law of averages state that at the end things change. hopefully villa will be on the end of a hiding. not that I am counting my chickens but all we need is just one to go in and then the rest will follow.

  15. scottfromoz says:

Devil, Ospina is OUR keeper, therefore he can not be good enough lol.
    Incredible.
    Just posted on yesterday’s topic…..

    scottfromoz
    MAY 21, 2015 AT 11:05AM
56 games played thus far this season.
An abysmal start followed by a sensational period which has us safely in 3rd spot and favourites to win the FA cup.
We still don’t have a half a billion pound squad.
    28 chances, none went in.
Blame the players who simply must be flat, but the tactics?
    28 shots.
Sorry guys, but bad tactics can not produce 28 chances.
Players worn out can cause 28 shots being fluffed…..then, a few keepers of late have done pretty well, to make things harder.
Nobody was suggesting Wenger should be replaced 1-2 months ago, but. As always, a few bad results and back to square one.
Top of the morning, boys and girls.
    All is well.
Rest plenty this weekend and go straight at Villa, hard and fast.
We will belt them by 3-4 goals.”

  16. kel says:

42 attempts at goal against Chelsea, Swansea, Sunderland. Zero goals….

Shooting practice wenger get it sorted fs…

  17. scottfromoz says:

To add, Sunderland have equalled a League record for the most amount of draws in a season, and I believe set a record for the amount of 0-0 draws, so it appears there are a hell of a lot of managers not good enough to nullify this nullifying tactic.
    Sack them all.

  18. allezkev says:

Plan B would, I suppose, be Ox and Welbeck, but they are not available…

Arsenal do have a tendency to stumble over the finishing line rather than with a flourish…

I think that we have 3rd in the bag.
2nd would have been great, but maybe the last few games have reminded us, and more important reminded those at the club, that we still have a way to go and new blood is still needed in the summer.

Winning the FACup is an absolute imperative, losing to Villa would be my biggest nightmare and I simply will not consider it…

  19. Hell Raising Devil says:

If Pedro is at 7million while Milner is free then the chances are that AW will go after them. And they will be additions not replacements. FLamini, Diaby, Podolski, Campbell and sadly Arteta/Rosicky will not be replace. neither is first 11 day in and out material. they are squad players so if the first four are replaced than it will not hurt the team. Arteta and Rosicky I would keep since their influence is 2nd to none and they will surely help those around them. but it depends if they are going to stay or not……because it seems that Tommy will be gone.

At least he will be going with fond memories. Hopefully he will get to play a part in the final and goes out as a winner.

  20. Drake says:

We should have started with theo yesterday,i do not know how jack started…trying by all means to fit jack in this team…lying to us that COQ was tired is funny because ozil, carzola and sanchez were too

  21. scottfromoz says:

Drake, Coquelin has had a little break so can play on the weekend and still have a weeks break until the Cup.
The 3 you mentioned don’t need to play on the weekend so can have a 10 day break.

  22. Joaquim Moreira says:

Cesh for waht? He was replaced this season in Chelsea, he doesn’t play with regularity, he is expensive, he is getting older, he is not more the old keeper, etc. If he come in, will be not pacific for everyone (specially for the team) be sit down at he bench and only play, probabaly in the Cups.
If he will be the first, Ospina will be the second and next season we have Ospina problem. For me, it’a na area where we hadn’t problems.
My concerns it’s about this footaball. We play only for the middle, we change positions, we move quickly, but we are many times always surprised on the counterattack and space, the opponent does not score just by chance. The opponent is tired, but Arsenal tired a lot more.
It is easy to see that one must play by the extreme (and not to the extreme side) are many players in the middle (and with similar characteristics) and probably have to play with 2 Giroud in the middle of the area (and turned another player with carcterísticas different

  23. kel says:

Dare I say it but big sanogoals could have helped us lastnight, he would have put a Spanner in the works. Lol 🙂

  24. scottfromoz says:

I know Adam, but is that on Wenger or the players?
Some of the shots were woeful….especially the long range shots that we all have asked for.
    They were embarrassing.
We had a few one on ones, as well.

  25. Lee says:

We need a world class striker and have done since RvP left…. Giroud should be plan B, it’s just a shame Wenger doesn’t do plan !!!

  26. Canadian Gooner says:

Good Morning to the Lady of the House and all fellow Gooners in residence.

Scott – Amen to your 11:08 a.m. Sunderland have made a stifling the game for scoreless ties a specialty. As Devil said, that strategy is out the window if the opposition score a goal, but if all you need is a point to stay up and yo have difficulty scoring you have little choice. Look at our former player Seb Larsen, he was dead on his feet and carrying a bad knock, but he was still throwing his body into tackles. Also, look at the reaction of Dick Advocat and his team at the final whistle, this game meant a lot for them. You would have great difficulty finding a more motivated group of players..

    Kev – I agree with your 11:13 a.m. post.

Starting Theo would have made little difference as he needs space to run into. Sunderland weren’t giving him or any other Arsenal player any.

  27. tsgh says:

    Agreed Cg.

Scott- Tevez is always an option in terms of the players ability but I doubt he would want to return to the EPL

  28. Bob John says:

I think Jack should have started instead of Santi and Walcott instead of Sanchez. Maybe Rosicky over Ozil. Worse thing now is that we cannot put out a reserve team on Sunday

  29. rogerbij says:

Agree that Tevez is an excellent player, but at 31 how many more seaons does he have in him at toptop level? Look at how far RvP has slid lately… also, I think Tevez has done his England stint and he never really loved it there, so all in all I doubt it.

    Lol Kel, indeed.

  30. tsgh says:

The reported conditions of workers building the stadiums for the WC in Qatar is heart breaking…

    FIFA is inept….

  31. Canadian Gooner says:

I can’t fathom starting Walcott over Sanchez in a game where you know they are going to park the bus. Sanchez can at least hold onto the ball in a crowded area and has shown he can score goals regularly.

Theo can’t keep a ball at his feet under challenge and is an infrequent scorer. Theo has pace to run onto through balls when there is space to put in a pass and space for him to run into. He also needs space and time to shoot to score. Unlike Alexis who has shown he can score.

We missed Oxlade Chamberlin another player who can retain possession, but he is out injured. Tomas is another player who can retain the ball and put in a good pass or get off a good shot. I would have started him in place of Jack the Lad.

  32. rogerbij says:

Agree TSGH, inept perhaps, but more like they wash their hands and dont care. They dont care. The blood stained cup.

  33. tsgh says:

Last night was a game that would have suited Serge more imho…

2 seasons ago he was the player winning penalties for us in games that the opposition had packed the bus… Crystal Palace and Norwich games come to mind.

  34. Canadian Gooner says:

Ginge – FIFA are more than inept they are criminal. Some of the large commercial sponsors are appalled and are putting pressure on FIFA. The only thing that FIFA are concerned with is money and the gravy boat/hog trough of perks that is there for the executive.

If the public started to pressure large sponsors like Coca Cola, I’m sure things would be sorted very very quickly.

  35. tsgh says:

‘Blood stained cup’ surmises it perfectly; Roger
Still FIFA might claim that western media led by the English press are just jealous and bitter.

I am getting more disgruntled with football; all this free market rubbish and the lack of human decency…

  36. tsgh says:

Agreed Cg; unfortunately most of us are more interested in reality TV and work-life- balance and so the corporations and our elects are given free reign…….

  37. allezkev says:

    Afternoon All

    Ginge,I strongly disagree…

    FIFA are not inept…

    FIFA are corrupt..!

    There is a subtle difference…

I may also add, that FIFA are a bunch of cnuts….

    That is indisputable…

  38. allezkev says:

I would hate to do any business with Chelsea, but Cech, even at 32, is a top top player and would improve our defence markedly…

Sometimes you have to give something, to gain something.

Walcott + £15m for Cech, works for me…

Many may disagree, but that’s my opinion…

    So sod yer… 😉

    Hi CG…

  39. allezkev says:

Great news Lee, but it’s the Metro, and they’re a bunch of total wankers…

But Bruv, if it came off, I would be overjoyed.

  40. potter says:

Only 2 teams have let in less than us so far this season so the calls for a keeper are for me a much lower priority than a defensive midfielder and a clinical goalscorer.Various ex players have discussed life under Wenger’s tuition and they all conclude that the training emphasis on keeping the ball and accurate passing is his key. Recently an argument occurred when Alexis was putting in extra time at Colney as it clashed with Wenger’s precision timing. It is just possible that the bit that has been put to the side is the art of shooting from distance. As you watch the team you can see that the first thought is whether there is anyone else in a better position. Rarely do they take the initiative and take the half chance and by delaying the split second is gone . Why do players with Ozil and Ramsey’s class lean back when shooting ? this is where it comes down to management and training.

  41. rico says:

I didn’t know that Potter – wonder how the goals conceded figures compare between Ospina and Szczesny…

    Afternoon all…

  42. rico says:

Adebayor has been given compassionate leave after contemplating suicide….

I know the Totts place is a dump, but…… 😉

  43. tsgh says:

    His 2 brothers tried to ‘topple’ Ade-ba-whore…;
Micko must have sent a subliminal message to get things in motion. 😉

  44. rico says:

    Not only the Metro then:

Arsenal have agreed terms with Juventus’ Arturo Vidal and now look likely to beat Liverpool to his signature, according to reports from CalcioMercatoWeb.

The Chile international has been linked with a £25m switch to Anfield in recent days, amid suggestions that he’s no longer seen as a key player in Turin.

However, Arsenal have reportedly swooped in and agreed a four-year contract with the midfielder’s agent, Fernando Felicevich – who also represents Alexis Sanchez.

WANT MORE? >> Arsenal transfer news | Latest transfer news

Liverpool’s interest in the 27-year-old is thought to have alerted the Gunners, who have been quick in their move.

Vidal came close to joining Manchester United in a mega money move last summer, but eventually opted to stay with Juve – whom he’s lifted the Serie A title and Italian Cup this term – which could be accompanied by the Champions League.

He starred at the 2014 World Cup, playing alongside Emirates Stadium hero, Sanchez.

  45. Canadian Gooner says:

    Kev – Good afternoon mate.

Although inept and corrupt are different, they are not mutually exclusive. FIFA can be and are both corrupt and inept. So much for the air conditioned stadia, now they have to disrupt the whole playing season to accommodate the World Cup. There were many in the know who told them the air conditioning wouldn’t work. All this because the bid was eased through with an injection of petro-dollars.

Potter – I’m with you, a new goallie isn’t one of the teams top priorities, but if we can get Cech for 10 mil I think that is good business. I don’t think Chesser is going to grow up until he has had a good kick in the arse. Maybe not even then.

  46. tsgh says:

Scez 21 goals conceded from 17 appearances with 3 clean sheets
Ospina 10 goals conceded from 17 games, 8 clean sheets

  47. tsgh says:

Rico- Vidal coming to Arsenal? Do dreams come true?
are you trying to get me to ‘cream’ like goonie. 🙂

Oh its only Metro….; its only true when Caught of side say so… 😉

  48. tsgh says:

Martinez- at Arsenal- 4 appearances, 2 clean sheets 1 goal conceded
At Rotherham 8 appearances, 2 clean sheets with 15 conceded…

  49. allezkev says:

Lee, I am great mate, I really am…

Yeah I agree Lee, Ospina has been very very good. I just think, with all due respect to you and Potter, that Cech is an upgrade.

    I also agree that we still need a def/mid and a shit-hot striker…

    Higuain perhaps?

Shit-hot strikers are not that easy to find.
    Well, those that are available…

  50. allezkev says:

I suppose that Alexis could have had an influence, just as Gerrard had with Suarez, if Vidal does join.

But in gonna try not to get too excited as I really rate Vidal, and usually means the player goes elsewhere.

Fingers, toes, arms, legs and eyes crossed all the same…

  51. Canadian Gooner says:

Ginge – Cool down, you are beginning to sound like Goonie. Creaming yourself at work is not a reccomended way to advancement.

  52. tsgh says:

Higuain 26 goals from 40 games with 16 coming in Serie A and the rest coming from international duties and UEFA cup…; 27 years old. 7 assist in total

Old man Luca TOni has 19 goals…

Giroud 18 goals from 25 games this season for being shite apparently. plus 3 assists

I would rather buy Berahino from west brom who has 20 goals this season; albeit 14 goals from 37 league games with 1 assist

  53. tsgh says:

Rico, if things are put in context scez had Flamini and JW as his CDM shield though…

Scez could not have gone from the record he had last season to becoming shite all of a sudden. imho. golden gloves and all

  54. Hell Raising Devil says:

yesterday was a game tailor made for Alex Hleb. He would have had the sunderland defence tied in knots and whenthey were all tied down we still would not have scored if he had shot.

    Gerwanko included as well. lol

    good afternoon Lovelies and Hunkies.

  55. tsgh says:

jeez- Rico, Vidal is tiny? have you seen his AV tattoo? very Arsenal or masonic depending on how you like to see stuff … 🙂 plus the star or pentagram…

  56. rico says:

Adam, if you are reading. I know you love watching the Spanish league, hows Mario Suarez been doing this season?

  57. tsgh says:

On a serious note, how did Metro going from AW about to sign Pogba to we have agreed a deal for Vidal?

I never thought Pogba is what we needed or whether AW wanted him judging from rumours but saying that the injury dna has been found in pogba and so he must be the perfect replacement for King Abou of Saints Perma Crock Bay.

I guess he is young enough for AW to try to turn him into a CDM… 🙂

  58. rico says:

That means little Ts, Jack Wilshere is keeping Theo Walcott out… lol

Re Pogba, if AW signed him, I for one would be over the moon…

  59. tsgh says:

    Lol.. Rico.

Who do you love the most JW or Theo?

Gundogan joining Barca is no surprise; he was meant to have joined them last summer but didn’t get fit o time.

  60. Canadian Gooner says:

Ginge – You should know she has a soft spot for Theo, but I think that may be fading fast.

  61. tsgh says:

😀 Cg… I was just pulling her legs.
Her comment re. ‘JW keeping out Theo’ was telling imo…

Did I tell you I was in Mirabel for 2 days a couple weeks back?

  62. Canadian Gooner says:

No, but better you than me, I hate airports. Mirabel is far from me as it is from London.

  63. tsgh says:

‘For a 20-year-old kid to be taking on Liverpool Football Club over a contract- to the pit of my stomach that just winds me up, it angers me,

Carragher must be fuming like a red dragon. 😀

  64. Adam says:

Hi Rico. Sorry, I slipped off the grid there for a while.

Yes, I do love a bit of skill and if there’s a brain behind it, even better.

  65. Canadian Gooner says:

Ginge – I read a similar article in another rag. Sterling is beginning to remind me of another Liverpool enfant terrible, one Mario Balotelli. If he doesn’t want to sign another contract with Liverpool that is his right. However, he and his agent don’t have to behave like ill mannered ill tempered brats.

They have both shown a distinct lack of class. He seens determined to burn his bridges behind him. If Sterling is not careful he might end up like David Bentley. A flash of promise and then fade into obscurity.

It should make any other manager think twice about what he is buying.

  66. Adam says:

Re Sterling. The press stance over here suggests to me that it was in fact that classless bunch called Liverpool FC who publicised the whole contract thing in the first place. Presumably in an effort to ‘shame’ him into signing a deal. Carragher’s recent intervention seems ill-timed to me. If he wants to go then his club will find themselves in a place that Arsenal fans know well.

  67. Adam says:

Rico. Then, I don’t know, is the answer. Athletico are a less interesting team this year I think. But, as for La Liga, Messi is unlike any player I have seen before and I like Sevilla and Valencia too. I think that the PL has been really rather boring as epitomised by the winners. The increase in managers copying Mourinho’s negativity has made it far worse for the average punter like myself.

  68. Vegas Goon says:

I know I jest. But in all seriousness…is Chelsea for real? How are they in any position to demand anything for Cech? Aren’t they the ones with the player that wants to leave?

  69. Hell Raising Devil says:

aye Kev. If Cech puts his foot down he will go for even lesser than the 10 million the chavs want. and if he decides that its Arsenal than the price will go down, esp as its the last year.

but its all paper talk. that is why I always give them attention with a pinch of salt

  70. rico says:

I know Vegas – I’m all for getting Cech but as Potter said earlier, there are other positions we need more, well, just lol

  71. Vegas Goon says:

I agree…I’m just tired of this attitude that that little club has now…like they can just bully everyone. Again i agree…No player exchange and heres hoping Cech does put his foot down.

  72. rico says:

Vegas – the good thing is that AW has made our position clear to all. We are no longer a selling club because we aren’t in the same position we were a couple of years ago so any player we sell, will be by choice rather than forced….

  73. allezkev says:

Hi Adam, sorry I missed you, it was quiet and then it went ballistic.

Rico, next season is a biggie for Isaac.

Coach, transfer speculation, we hate to love it…

  74. Joaquim Moreira says:

but, can Barcelona sign new players?
We need wingers. Young isn’t an Arsenal fan? Doesn’t he want finish his career with us?
Tevez was a nice name after RVP was leaving. But, I think he is not very adapt and happy been in Englandi

  75. allezkev says:

Greg Dyke had been in charge at the FA, how long?
Gotta be three years, maybe more…

So he’s has plenty if time to sort out the farce that is the ticket allocation for the FACup Final…

Presently the finalists egg a laughable 25,000 each whilst some 37,000 go to the sponsors, hangers-on and touts…

Dyke is now claiming that it is his aim to increase the finalists’ allocation to a ‘whopping’ 30,000… Big fcuking deal…!

Dyke is as massively useless as all the other useless suits and associated hangers-on and arse lickers that infect the corridors of power at the FA…

    Wembley is a joke.
A fcuking giant exercise in ripping off the fans…

The ticket allocation is a license to sell tickets to touts and a national disgrace.

    And Dyke is a wanker…
Just like the majority of his predecessors…

    Fcuk them all…

    And night all…

IF and it’s a big IF, that £50 million would be reinvested in the team. I’d give that offer serious consideration….

    Giroud’s reply to TH……

“I heard he was saying too many dull things. That was a bomb and it had its desired effect. t was surprising to hear him take apart the team. I say ‘team’ because it wasn’t just me, it was the spine. I think he’s wrong
I didn’t enjoy hearing it. Coming from an ex-France and Arsenal striker, it’s a shame. It was a bit easy for him to say that after Chelsea game. We were doing well, unbeaten in 10, my stats were good. It hurt my pride.” He hasn’t scored since!!
