Morning all.

Big Tony, aka Mr Arsenal is one of the Strictly Come Dancing contestants this autumn/winter. I can’t wait to see him strutting his stuff on the dance floor. If nothing else, he’ll be entertaining I’m sure. This video has appeared on Twitter again.

Good luck to the big guy, and his partner who’ll have one heck of a job on her hands. Perhaps he’ll surprise us all.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could be on his way back to the Premier League just seven months after leaving it. Chelsea are waiting to see if Barcelona will sell him and if they do and he scores goals, the media will have a field day. Let them, Arsenal did what was right for the club and it’s future. That future is young and hungry players who want to learn and bring success to Arsenal, not players who simply want to have a run around for 95 minutes on a match day.

Pablo Mari is on his way to Monza. A loan deal with an option to buy is the deal according to Fabrizio Romano and according to other reports on NN, Hector Bellerin and his agents are hoping to get the player’s contract terminated so he can move on too. There’s no news floating around about AMN, Reiss Nelson or Nicolas Pepe. Or Alex Runasson for that matter.

Sambi Lokonga is linked to a permanent move to Italy with AC Milan. Poppycock I say as Mikel Arteta will need need him this season, especially if another midfielder doesn’t arrive at the club before the transfer window shuts. Just because he didn’t feature much during the second half of last season, it doesn’t mean he’s leaving. He’s young, Arsenal’s future and I’m sure Mikel Arteta will play him more when it’s right for the player and the team. As said before, there’s a lot of fixtures to get through this season so Mikel Arteta will need every player he has in the squad.

There’s not a lot of news around relating to Arsenal so I’ll leave it there but Sky Sports are anticipating a hectic three weeks of transfer deals in the Premier League. Thankfully, Arsenal have got most of their business done but there’s always room for more. Two more…

See you in the comments.
